Is my personal information secure?

Yes your information in secure, we do not use your personal information for any other reason than to inform you of your pending appointments. Please read our privacy policy for more information.

What is the cost?

The service is FREE to all OnAppointmentOnly registered clients. As a registered client there will be no registration cost or cost to make an appointment with any of the Service Providers listed on OnAppointmentOnly.

What if my favourite Service Provider is not registered with OnAppointmentOnly?

You can either ask your Service Provider to register with us or send us the detail at and we will contact him/her.

How will I know that my appointment has been accepted?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us confirming the details of the appointment. Alternatively you can see if the appointment has been accepted by going to your “My Appointments” panel after login where you can track and edit your appointments.

What if I forget about my appointment?

You will receive a sms reminder 24 hours before the appointment.

What if a want to move or cancel my appointment?

By logging into your online profile with OnAppointmentOnly, you can access all your appointments and edit or cancel them*.
A minimum cancellation policy of 24 hours apply, so any cancellation within 24hours can only be done telephonically with the Service Provider
*Please ensure you are aware of the cancellation policy of the specific Service Provider.

What if I have a special request?

You can include a special request or share further information with the Service Provider when the booking is made.

Do I pay for these appointments if clients cancel their appointments or if they do not show?

You will not pay for the appointment if the client cancels 24 hours before the actual appointment.

Why should I be able to accept online appointments/bookings?

In South Africa there are currently in excess of 10 million internet users, growing at an exponential rate. Combined with mobile technology it is an undisputable fact that to be relevant in the modern era of information technology it is imperative for businesses of all sizes to embrace the internet as an essential tool, in order to reach more customers and provide convenience and efficiency to those customers, while at the same time growing their business through this still relatively untapped opportunity.

How do my clients make bookings?

Your existing or potential new clients will be able to search your business and select a specific date, time and service they require. They will then be able to access your online diary and find a suitable time and make the appointment online. They can also add your business to their “Favourites” and access your diary from there.

How does the system know how long to allocate to each client?

You will be able to list each service you provide and the duration for each, the system will then allocate the appropriate time for each appointment or combination of appointments.

What if I have more than one employee that requires a diary?

The system allows you to register as many diaries as you require*. You can also allocate specific services to each dairy. *See pricing for more detail of our packages.

Are my diaries secured?

Yes your diary is secure. Potential clients can only see that you have been booked for a certain period, but they cannot access the details of your other clients. Each employee also has its own login credentials keeping data save and secure

What if I or one of my employees work half day or go on leave?

The OnAppointmentOnly system provided total flexibility in setting up each diary for your business, so that you can manage each employee based on working hours, leave etc. You can at any-time show certain times as unavailable.

What do I do when clients still phone to make appointments?

You can simply make the required appointment on behalf of your client online, enabling them to receive an e-mail confirmation and sms confirmation 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Can I keep control of my appointments?

Yes OnAppointmentOnly has various controls built in to ensure you obtain as much control as you want, these include;
Automated acceptance of all appointments or manual acceptance.
Fully flexible diary setups, ensuring you have full control over available times.
Time control managing how far in advance clients can make appointments, e.g. 1 week, 6 weeks, 6 months etc.
Lead time managing how much notice you require for online appointments e.g. 0, 1 or 2 days etc.

Can I integrate OnAppointmentOnly with my website?

Yes, you can place a booking button on your website allowing clients to access your online diary directly from your own website.

What do I do if I have an emergency and can no longer honour my appointments?

You can either cancel or reschedule the relevant appointments. Your clients will all receive an SMS and email informing them that the appointments was rescheduled or cancelled.

What if I require additional information when clients make a booking?

In your profile you can add additional fields (as many as you require) e.g. handicap, age and gender to ensure you receive all the relevant information during the booking process.

Can OnAppointmentOnly handle groups sessions?

OnAppointmentOnly is fully flexible and can handle individual appointments as well as appointments where more than one individual attend, like a spinning class.

Can I share information regarding the appointment with my clients?

Yes, you can add a note to any appointment, you have the option to keep the note private or to share it with your client. An email will alert your client that a new message was sent.
